How long will it take to receive my Curb Appeal Strategy Package? Once we have your pictures and you answer a few questions for us, it generally
takes seven to ten days to receive your package.
Can you give me a plan for the backyard, too? Yes. We can do just about anything. We charge on other jobs beyond the facade on a per-case
basis. An entire house exterior (facade, backyard, and 2 side yard) usually costs between $300-$400.
How will I pay you? We do not require
payment until you receive your package. This product we provide is very labor intensive and
thorough and yes, this policy poses a risk to us. However, we presently have a total of three designers on staff
year round. Depending on demand, there are times when we may need an extra day or two on your package. Spring and Summer are
exceptionally busy in the Curb Appeal Business. We feel that taking your payment ahead of time may leave you with a false
sense of security on the exact day your package will be ready. Each package goes through several stages and steps before you
recieve it. We feel that payment is the final step, not the first step. So, you may pay us via credit card on the phone when
we call you after you receive your package. We answer questions, discuss your reactions and feelings, and make sure you are
completely satisfied. Then, and only then, we allow you to settle up the $179.99 fee.
How will you know what we want to see? Once you fill out our contact form, we will call you to discuss your needs. We have a questionnaire that will again
allow you to describe any specific issues you would like addressed. Our accessment and advice takes your budget into consideration.
However, we offer our best advice for return-on- investment (ROI), and what is possible using your budget. Our color scheme
suggestions are based on current trends and architectural style, and specific elements of your property and not personal preference.
The goal of our report isn't to cater to your particular preferences per se, but rather, to what the house truly needs to
appear updated and on-trend to reap maximum ROI and a broad appeal. It will be our BEST expert advice for your home within
your budget.
Can I request certain paint colors? Sure,
for an additional $29.99 we will show you an image depicting what you would like to see specifically as far as color, in addition
to the image we suggest.
May I receive more than one color scheme? Absolutely. For an additional $29.99 per scheme, we will send you as many as you would like. And yes, they will all
come with large paint chips via USPS.
Can I just get a color scheme from you and not a whole Strategy
Report? No, and the reason we don't is very good. In the past, we have attempted this, and it
was a complete disaster. Talking about color is extremely time consuming and often pointless. I can prattle on about color,
hue, saturation, and shading all day. You can call it tan, mustard, dun, camel, and I may say a maize gold with a lot of ocher
in it, and scare the heck out of you. The image we create tells the color story in the most efficient and concise way possible,
and as a business specializing in telling color stories, this is the method we use to help you in the most efficient manner.
It's best for you, because when you see what we can do you'll understand instantly and get to read all about the colors and
why they were chosen, in your complete report. It's best for us, because we don't spend hours explaining color choices and
the millions of theoretical color options. A short report does not give you the answers you want to hear and see, and it does
not do our abiility to advise with extreme precision any justice whatsoever.
What if I have questions after I receive my report? Our door is ALWAYS open for our clients, past and present. Curb Appeal isn't something that happens overnight, in
fact, sometimes it takes years to finish completely. We encourage all our clients to call us whenever they have any questions,
even if it is months or years from now. We will remember you. Your report and images
are on file, and we will gladly assist you if you hit a snafu or find you need clarification about something. Your satisfaction
