How much does your advice cost?
We have four different packages to choose from. No matter if your a Homeowner, Home Seller, Investor, Flipper, or Real Estate Agent, we have a bundle for your budget. See our Packages Page for full details and Pricing.
How long will it take to receive my Curb Appeal Strategy Package?
Once you have purchased your package, completed and submitted our questionaire, and uploaded or emailed your photos to us...The average approximate turnaround time is 48 hours on our Color Confidence "EXPRESS" and "COMPLETE" packages and a week on our "ESSENTIALS" and "ULTIMATE" Packages. For an additional fee you can have your order expedited, however, you will be in line "first come first serve" with any other expedited orders we have.
Can you give me a plan for the backyard, too?
Yes. Our "Ultimate Package" includes the backyard also, or you can "add" it to the "Essentials Package" for an additional $129.99
How will I pay you?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Certified Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks, and PayPal.
How will you know what we want to see?
Once you have purchased your package, completed and submitted our questionaire, and uploaded or emailed your photos to us, we will call you to discuss your needs. The questionnaire that you will recieve when you make your purchase will allow you to describe any specific issues you would like addressed. Our assessment and advice takes your budget into consideration. However, we offer our best advice for return-on-investment (ROI), and what is possible using your budget. Our color scheme suggestions are based on current trends and architectural style, and specific elements of your property and not personal preference. The goal of our report isn't to cater to your particular preferences per se, but rather, to what the house truly needs to appear updated and on-trend to reap maximum ROI and a broad appeal. It will be our BEST expert advice for your home within your budget
Can I request certain paint colors?
Sure, for an additional $39.99 we will show you an image depicting what you would like to see specifically as far as color, in addition to the image we suggest.
May I receive more than one color scheme?
Absolutely. The "Color Confidence Complete" Package includes three color schemes; and for an additional $39.99 per scheme, we will send you as many as you would like. And yes, they will all come with large 8"x 8" "Benjamin Moore©" paint chips via USPS.
Can I just get a color scheme from you and not a whole Strategy Report?

What if I have questions after I receive my report?
Our door is ALWAYS open for our clients, past and present. Curb Appeal isn't something that happens overnight, in fact, sometimes it takes years to finish completely. We encourage all our clients to call us whenever they have any questions, even if it is months or years from now. We will remember you. Your report and images are on file, and we will gladly assist you if you hit a snafu or find you need clarification about something. Your satisfaction and comfort with your Curb Appeal Strategy Package is extremely important to our company's goals. We want you to call us, so please do not hesitate.
