Curb Appeal Concepts (Formerly Curb Appeal For Dummies) was started in 2007 by founder Michelle Molinari, a Certified Real Estate Staging Expert.
Curb Appeal Concepts (Formerly Curb Appeal For Dummies) is based out of Louisiana and consults online throughout North America.
Ms. Molinari has been in the Interior & Exterior Design Industry for 20 years and is currently:
- Vice President of (RESA), the Real Estate Staging Association, of her Region;
- A member of the Virtual/Conceptual Staging Ethics Committee;
- A former color consultant for Benjamin Moore Paint Products;
- A member of the Benjamin Moore Professional Designer Advisory Board;
- An Instructor for Staging and Redesign (SAR) of Charleston, South Carolina;
Ms. Molinari is also the co-owner of Feature This..., the award winning Real Estate Staging and Interior Decor team.
